Dr. H. Fred Preuss, Jr. is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He has been serving the Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana area since 1988. Originally from Louisville, KY, he takes pride in helping the community he grew up in. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. He then graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Preuss completed his podiatric surgical residency training at Veterans Affairs Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Preuss enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in foot and ankle surgery. In his free time, he is an avid runner. He follows strict dietary guidelines and exercises regularly to maintain his own personal fitness. He has completed over 30 mini marathons and one full marathon.
